The 3rd annual Downtown Historic Home & Garden Tour will take place Saturday, May 12 from noon to 4 p.m. Six homes will be featured and the owners of each home will give a guided tour through their spaces, highlighting special features and historic facts. The home locations include: The Greaser Home (125 S.Spanish), The Bertrand Home (306 Independence), The Kage House (120 Broadway), The Mocherman Home (220 N. Lorimier), The Southard Home (113 N. Frederick) and The Mellies Home (826 Themis). Tickets will be available for $15 in advance or $20 on the day of the event. Advance tickets will be available for purchase starting Wednesday, April 11 at Annie Laurie's Antiques, Spanish Street Mercantile, Old Town Cape and Realty Executives. Tunes at Twilight is back in swing for the fall! The free outdoor concert series is on Friday nights at the Courthouse Gazebo (Themis & Lorimier). In the event of rain, Tunes at Twilight will be held at the Rose Theatre (corner of Normal & Pacific - Grauel Hall) on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University. The announcement will be made no later than 4 p.m. on the day of the concert and will be posted on the website's homepage along with on Old Town Cape's Facebook & Twitter pages.
